Stack Habits to Seize the Day

Implementing these simple hacks will turn chaos into momentum

Step 1 – Hydrate Your Body

Drink a full glass of water upon waking up. SERIOUSLY, GET UP!  A quick hydration hit kickstarts metabolism, aids digestion, and starts waking up the body. Fight the urge to go straight for coffee, you’ll earn your cup soon. 

Step 2 – Sunlight & Movement

Step outside and move your body. Exposure to morning sunlight signals to your circadian rhythm that it’s time to be alert. Add some light movement, a stretch, or a 10-minute mobility routine to connect the body to the mind. 

 

Step 3 – Brew the Day Away

And now, back to our regularly scheduled programming. Use a pour-over setup with some fresh beans from your local coffee roaster. Enjoy the ritual, take pride in your beans, and the process. As it brews, open a minimalist journal and write down your top 3 priorities for the day. 

Wrap-up: Stack these habits and you’ll find yourself not just awake but ahead of the day. Your mornings will start to feel less like a scramble and more like a win streak.
